How much does a custom LED neon sign cost?
Pricing depends on the size, font, and color of your sign. We're proud to offer some of the most
competitive prices online — and every order includes free delivery, a 2-year warranty, and a free
remote control with dimmer as standard. Use our instant quote tool to get your price in seconds,

How do I place a custom order?
It's simple. Use our design tool to enter your text or upload your artwork, choose your font,
size, and color — then request a free quote. Our team will send you a design mockup within 24–72
hours for your approval. Once you're happy, confirm and we'll get it into production.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — changes or cancellations can be made before your design goes into production. Once approved
and in production, we're unable to make amendments, as your sign is being custom-made just for
you. If you're unsure about anything, reach out to our team before confirming your order.
Design & sizes
What sizes are available?
We make signs of all sizes — from compact table lamps to large-scale commercial signs. Our LED
neon tubing is available in 8mm, 9mm, and 10mm thickness. Minimum letter heights are approximately
3–4 inches for standard fonts and 4–5 inches for cursive styles. For signs wider than 7.5ft, we'll
split the build across two backboards that slot neatly together — keeping shipping safe and costs
down.
What colors can I choose?
We offer 18 colors in total. Eight of these have a clear tube that glows color when switched on.
The remaining ten come with a colored tube, so the sign looks great even when it's off. Not sure

Can I get a partial neon sign or mixed design?
Absolutely. We can combine LED neon with UV-printed elements, 3D acrylic lettering, and
illuminated backboards to create a fully bespoke piece. Send us a reference image and our
designers will put together the best approach for you.

How long does production and delivery take?
After you confirm your order, production typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery takes an
additional 3–8 business days depending on your location. Your design mockup will be ready within
24–72 hours of submitting your request. We'll keep you updated at every stage.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every order from Neon.Shop includes free delivery, no minimum spend required. We ship to
locations across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
We pack every sign carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, we'll sort it. Please open your
parcel on delivery and record an unboxing video — this makes the claim process much faster. Report
any damage within 7 days of your courier delivery date by emailing our support team with: a photo
of the damaged sign, your unboxing video, photos of the outer packaging, and a photo of the
shipping label.

How do I power my neon sign?
Every sign runs on a standard 12V DC power supply and plugs into a regular wall socket. Your order
includes the sign, a wall mounting kit, a 2m power cable, and a power adapter. We can adjust the
cable length on request — just let us know when ordering.
Does it come with a dimmer or remote?
Yes — every Neon.Shop sign includes a free remote control with dimmer as standard. Adjust the
brightness to suit your mood or space without needing any extra accessories.
