Refund & Cancellation Policy – neon.shop
Order Cancellations
At neon.shop, all products are made-to-order. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled. This applies to both custom-designed and pre-designed products available on our website.
Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation or design modification within the following timeframes from the moment of purchase:
• Standard Orders: Within 4 hours
• Rush Orders: Within 1 hour
After this period, your order is considered final and cannot be canceled or changed.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation and qualify for a refund, please email us at info@neon.shop with the subject line: "Cancel Order [Your Order Number]"
Your request must be submitted within the applicable cancellation window.
Design Modifications
Custom orders with approved designs cannot be canceled. However, you may request unlimited design revisions before production begins.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds typically take 8–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Quality Assurance
At neon.shop, we are committed to delivering high-quality products free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a faulty or defective item, we will assist you promptly.
Returns for Ready-Made Products
We offer a 21-day return period for ready-made (non-custom) products if defects are identified upon delivery.
Return Requirements:
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Clear photos and documentation of the defect must be provided
Note: Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for standard returns. However, defective custom products may qualify for repair or replacement after inspection.
Replacements & Refunds
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Resolution Options:
• Replacement for defective or missing items (subject to verification)
• Refunds (product and/or shipping) may be issued based on our warranty policy
• Please note that refunds are not available for custom-made products
• In many cases, we may offer a brand-new replacement as the preferred solution
Important: Claims without valid proof may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Missing or Damaged Items
Required Documentation
To process claims efficiently, please provide:
• An unboxing video showing the package being opened
• Clear photos of the package condition upon arrival
• Detailed images of all received items
• Photos of any visible damage to the packaging (all sides)
• Photos/videos taken before opening (if the package appears damaged)
Why This Matters
This documentation helps us:
• Verify your claim quickly
• Coordinate with shipping and insurance partners
• Ensure fair resolution for all parties
Replacements are issued only after verification by our team.
Orders on Hold Due to Missing Information
If your order is delayed due to missing details (such as design approvals or required files), we will attempt to contact you via email or phone.
Follow-Up Policy:
• We will make 4–5 attempts to reach you
• Follow-ups may continue for up to 90 days from the order date
Refund Eligibility After Delays
If required information is not provided within 90 days, the refund window will permanently close. No cancellations or refunds will be allowed after this period.
Order Fulfillment After 90 Days
Even after 90 days, we remain committed to completing your order. Once you provide the necessary information, production will proceed and timelines will be shared accordingly.
